Earth and friends: a tale of travels
The following book was illustrated and conceptualised for BlobbiKit’s Young Vyomonaut box.. Blobbikit is a subscription educational box service intended for 3-6 year olds. Each box focuses on a particular theme/subject and aims to inculcate knowledge to kids through stories, games, toys, puzzles and activities.
In this storybook, we explore the optimal positioning of our planet earth in the solar system which makes the existence of life possible. Kids see for themselves the perils of being placed in Mercury’s orbit which is too hot or Neptune’s orbit which is too cold. There is a good reason why planet earth positioned in the third orbit in our solar system.
