A forest trip

The following book was illustrated and conceptualised for BlobbiKit’s Young Botanist box. Blobbikit is a subscription educational box service intended for 3-6 year olds. Each box focuses on a particular theme/subject and aims to inculcate knowledge to kids through stories, games, toys, puzzles and activities.

This book was designed in collaboration with Jyothi Syam for the Young Botanist box at Blobbikit. In this story, Anu and her father visit the forest and explore its wonders. Little Anu is finally inspired by the forest visit to plant a sapling in her neighbourhood. We aim to communicate the importance of forests to kids through this book.

Illustration Style: Textured and coloured paper cut-outs arranged into a composition and later scanned.
